We usually conduct conferences, conventions, campaigns, product launches, trade and job fairs,” Mr. Ram says.

A wedding exhibition has been planned by Impresario in June-July. The show will display everything regarding wedding such as caterers, invitation-card makers, photographers, beauticians and even astrologers.

“During the past three years we have been coordinating high-profile theme-base Marriages. Among non-resident Keralites this is a big hit. The company has about 25Affiliates across the country which include offices in Mumbai, Kozhikode, Trivandrum and Kochi. One overseas office located in Dubai. There are sixty employees altogether. It has also entered catering to sports events due to the one-day international cricket matches held in Kochi.

Prime Time Unlimited is yet another notable event management company based in Kochi which began functional in 1995. M. Ayubi the Managing Director says it was a difficult task to professionally manage the event so as to convince the people.

“Now the situations have changed when compared to the one five years ago. The market is flourishing. We conducted the launch of Tata Indicom Swarnam-2003 [a gold festival coordinated by the Tourism Department] few years ago.” There is an independent production unit of the company called Prime Time Décor.
